TZORTZI GIALOS beach in ALONISSOS

Tzortzi Yialos is a very beautiful beach with peebles in the shore and fine sand in the sea bottom. It has many similarities with Chrissi Milia, beautiful blue-green water and the great green pine forest all around. Its disadvantage is that it is narrow in width and “fills” easily with many people. You must walk enough to find deep waters, which makes the beach ideal for water sports. It is well protected by north winds and usually calm. There is also a taverna. 

In this region existed dense pinewood which was destroyed in a fire a few years ago. Fortunately however new pinewood is reborn in the area. The street in order to we reach in the beach they are been paved in the all way.
