The town of Aegina has three organized beaches. They are convinient for those staying in town and do not want to move. A good choice for boaters that have moored in Aegina port's-little marina (which has some facilities like electricity) and do not want to move.

The first is at the front of the archaeological place of Kolona and it is 200 meters away from the center of town. It has got sand and shallow waters.
The second is at the back of the archaeological place of Kolona and it is 300 meters away from the center of town. It has got sand and shallow waters, ideal for swimming. We rate them with 2 stars mainly because of the interesting Aegina town.

Aegina town is picturesque and traditional, with excellent tradistional restaurants, tavernas, clubs, bars, cafeterias and night life. It is highly recommended for at least one night stop, especially during the least warm and noisy months.
