Starting from Karystos we head east, following the main costal road. At about 100 m after "Apollon Hotel" we arrive at a fork junction. We follow the right-hand fork along the coast. Just after a cluster of buildings which house the High School, approximately 2 km from Karystos, we reach Agios Antonios beach. It is accessed directly from the road.
The beach faces south and it is about 60 m long. There are rocky outcrops at both ends of the beach while just behind it we find a taverna.
The beach is sandy with some pebbles and the water is shallow and calm, adequate for families.
The seabed varies from sandy to rocky and is therefore suitable for snorkelling and amateur fishing
