ZBA-CATHODIC PROTECTION SERVICES is a privately owned company established in 1980 by mr Zymaris Vasilios. From date of inception to present the company has been involved in the manufacturing of sacrificial anodes ( Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium ) for shipping offshore and industrial applications. Since the late 80's ZBA focused in providing innovating cathodic services in marine market. The company's involvement in corrosion control spans all aspects of the marine sector including anodes for leisure boat market to commercial deep sea shipping and shoreline structures such as piling, jetties, lock and dock gates, pontoon systems. Facilities ZBA head quarters and foundry are located in Piraeus Our facilities are equipped with 2 Gaz induction furnaces with a total capacity to produce 5 Tons of Zinc and 3 Tons of Aluminum per day. We are also equipped with die casting machines of 120 Tons to manufacture anodes for leisure boats. We are also have our own fully equipped tool room where all molds for the casting are made. Quality control Our own in house quality program and laboratory facilities guarantees top quality products. To ensure all products meet the required specification, all undergo thorough inspection and every alloy batch is spectrographically tested prior to anode casting. Anodes can only be cast if the spectrographic analysis is within specification.
