Mondo Marine is pleased to announce the launch of project 18/7, named OKKO. She is the 61st yacht to bear the Mondo Marine brand.
This all-aluminium craft is 40.80 metres long with an 8.10m beam. Although she shares the same technical platform as the other six superyachts in the well-established 41m tri-deck series, OKKO has a different superstructure and design, featuring extensive windows. Her external lines and interior decor are by architect Giorgio Vafiadis. The interior design concept is contemporary classic, with a liberating feeling of spaciousness throughout. This effect is created by a flowing distribution of spaces, a harmonious play of light and a skilful choice of materials.
Frakè wood, with each individual sheet selected and positioned to create the best possible grain match, features extensively in the interiors, creating smooth, even colour.
OKKO's three decks include a spacious main deck owner's suite with a well-equipped relaxation area providing comfortable seating and a generous cloakroom. The saloon and dining area are situated to aft in a warm, welcoming open space where the wide windows open up a spectacular view. The lower deck is reserved entirely for guests, with four cabins including two full-beam VIP suites with separate wardrobe areas. Guest accommodation is rounded off by two doubles.
OKKO can sail at over 16 knots, with a range of 3,000 miles at her cruising speed of 14 knots. The absence of vibration, a search for cutting edge soundproofing solutions, reliability and comfort all enhance the quality of life on board, embodying the values that have enabled MONDO MARINE
to become an icon of Made in Italy excellence across the seas of the world.
Delivery is scheduled for July, and OKKO will be presented in September at the Monaco Yacht Show.
