ERGOTRAK S.A. (Industrial Machinery and Equipment Trading Company) is a member
of the S&B GROUP OF COMPANIES, an international organisation headquartered in
Greece and operating in a range of activities.

The Group's main activity is the mining and processing of Industrial Minerals, mainly Bentonite, Perlite, and Bauxite. It has subsidiary companies with production and processing sites in several countries, (Europe, N.America, CIS Countries, China) and participates in gold exploration projects. Also it is active in other commercial activities through distribution and trading companies including:

Μotodynamics S.Α. , the official Yamaha Motor Co. distributor in Greece and
the Balkans, and Ergotrak S.Α. .

ERGOTRAK, represents and distributes in Greece and the Balkans leading international manufacturers of Construction Equipment and Industrial Machinery.

The Ηistory of Ergotrak / Ηeliopoulos Brothers S.Α.

In 1958, a barter trading era between Greece and Soviet Union, GEMSOV is founded. GEMSOV was a company active in the representation of machine tools of Soviet origin (STANKO) aiming at the promotion of bauxite and other products/exports to the Soviet Union. Expanding its activities, GEMSOV became Heliopoulos Bros., where Ergotrak was a division.

In 1999, Ergotrak becomes an independent legal entity, fully owned by the S&B GROUP.
In 2001, it is accredited to the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance.
