The contract for the acquisition by Gavio Group of the brand Bertram, the historical United States based yachting brand, was finalised on the 31st March, representatives say. The closing of the deal, realised through the subsidiary Bertam LCC, follows the agreement signed on February 5th 2015 with Ferretti Group
